I just registered. What do I do now?
Check your inbox for your confirmation email. Please check your junk/spam/promotion folders, as it can be filtered into there. Now the hard part… wait for the symposium. Closer to the symposium additional information and app download instructions will be sent to the email address you used to register.

What if I need to cancel or transfer my registration?
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to registration@harlowagency.ca. A $45 cancellation fee will apply for conference registrations cancelled until May 2, 2024. Cancellations after May 2, 2024 will incur a cancellation fee of $200 (to cover the cost of meals included in the registration fee).

What does my registration fee include?
Your registration fees include the conference sessions, breakfast and lunch (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday), and the CSV banquet.
