This high-performance building has achieved the Zero Carbon Building – Performance Standard™ (ZCB-Performance) certification from Canada Green Building Council (CAGBC), recognizing its net zero operational carbon emissions. This milestone in achieving this result reflects our drive to lead with innovative and measurable results in green building performance.

33 Bloor
Our latest project at 33 Bloor Street East in Toronto, highlights a forward-looking approach to decarbonization. To achieve this, our team is working towards moving to a low carbon heating plant with hybrid fuel sources, a major step towards further reducing our emissions while enhancing our operational efficiency.
