The 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Canada Green Building Council will be held on the afternoon of Wednesday June 18, 2025 at the JW Marriott Parq in Vancouver, BC. This is an opportunity for CAGBC members in good standing to hear about the accomplishments of the Council from the previous year and exercise their right to vote on issues of governance such as:

• Approving the 2024 AGM minutes;
• Receiving the 2024 audited financial statements;
• Appointing auditors for the 2025 fiscal year;
• Ratifying Directors elected in the 2025 Board election;
• Approving changes to CAGBC Bylaws; and
• Receiving the President and CEO's report;

Voting members (Corporate Members) are critical to the growth and vitality of the Council. Only one representative of each Corporate Member organization is eligible to vote, but all members are welcome to attend the AGM. We ask voting members to register their intention to attend.

The BLC 2025 Welcome reception will follow the AGM, onsite at the JW Marriott.
