GST is not charged on registration fees for this conference.

REFUND POLICY

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to registration@harlowagency.ca. A $45.00 cancellation fee will apply for conference registrations canceled until November 10, 2025. Cancellations after November 10, 2025 will incur a cancellation fee of $200.00 (the cost of meals included in the registration fee).

No refunds will be provided for Welcome Banquet Tickets after October 20, 2025.
