The FCSSAA is pleased to offer the opportunity for member programs from smaller communities to apply for a subsidy to assist with expenses related to attending the conference and the FCSSAA Annual General Meeting.
Details for the Application Process:
- Subsidy applications are to be completed and submitted online. If you need assistance with the online application process please contact Colleen Burton Ochocki at coordinator@fcssaa.org.
- The subsidy amount is $300/person. You may apply for a maximum of two people per qualifying FCSS program.
- Communities with a population of 20,000 or less are eligible to apply for subsidy.
The program has a limited budget and may not be able to assist all programs that apply.
- Programs will be notified by email if they are approved for subsidy. The email will outline how the payment will be sent.
- Programs are responsible for registering for the conference and paying their own conference registration fees.
If your program needs to withdraw its approved subsidy application, please notify Colleen at the email address above as soon as possible, as the funds may be reallocated to another program. If the subsidy funds have already been received by the program they must be returned to the FCSSAA at the earliest opportunity.
