Through experiential activities, reflective practice and group discussions, participants will explore actionable strategies to strengthen partnerships, overcome challenges, and continue strengthening prevention-based responses in their communities. Key themes will include the importance of a human-centred approach to leadership in driving collaboration, the need for deep listening when adapting strategies to diverse communities and the vital work of a shared vision and measures when capturing and showcasing impact.
