You will receive a separate email confirming your hotel and dates. It will identify which hotel you are staying at: JW Marriott (check in on the main lobby level), or The Douglas (check in on the sixth floor). If you do not receive an email before the event, reach out to events@o2ebrands.com.

Note: A credit card is required for checking in at the hotel as per hotel policy. Any further purchases or incidentals will be at your own expense.

Kickoff registration will be open Monday, February 2 between 12:00pm and 5:00pm outside of the Parq Ballroom on the 4th floor (CF on the elevator). 

At registration, you will receive your name tag which is an entry requirement for all Kickoff events, including the Brand Night at Johnnie Walker Lounge.

If you are unable to grab your name badge during registration hours, there will be a registration table open at Johnnie Walker Lounge.

If you opted-in to our text notifications during registration, you’ll receive text messages from the phone number (833) 662-0577. To opt-out, you can simply text STOP and access the full event agenda on the Kickoff 2026 website instead.

This year, Brand Night at Johnnie Walker Lounge, will be our first official Kickoff event together. Join us for a night of food, drinks and fun!

How to get to and from the venue
The Johnnie Walker Lounge is located on the third floor of the Parq Casino. To access the lounge, please enter from the main casino entrance located next to the lobby.

Entry requirements
To gain access into Johnnie Walker Lounge, you must:

• Be a registered franchise attendee or a paid franchise guest
• Be 19+ years of age
• Bring a piece of government photo ID (required for entrance to casino and liquor service)
• Have your Kickoff name badge

If you are unable to grab your name badge during registration hours, there will be a registration table open at Johnnie Walker Lounge.

Dress code
This is a casual event - feel free to wear something comfortable, casual and branded! Please no ripped or torn clothing.

The Welcome Reception at The Rec Room is a great opportunity to connect with your peers and we have an exclusive buyout of the entire space.

Complimentary food stations will be positioned throughout the venue, and each attendee will receive two drink tickets (additional drinks available for purchase), and $33 of gaming credits to use on arcade games and activities, covered through your Kickoff registration fees.

How to get to and from the venue
The Rec Room is a 15 minute walk from the JW Marriott Parq, or an 8 minute drive*.
*Please note: Any transportation costs are at your own expense.

Dress code
The dress code for this private event is business casual (branded clothing encouraged!), please no ripped or torn clothing.

The Keynote Session aims to inspire and set the tone for Kickoff. Taking place in the Parq Ballroom at the JW Marriott Parq, all brands will come together for the opportunity to hear from several keynote speakers.

Doors will open at 8:30am and the event will start at 8:45am in the Parq Ballroom. A coffee break will take place mid-way through, followed by lunch break for all attendees.

Entry requirements: Have your Kickoff name badge.

Update your headshot at our photo booth! The booth will be open during lunch, outside the Fairview Ballroom on Wednesday.

To get a headshot, bring your Kickoff name badge and wear your branded gear.

The Awards Gala is the final event of Kickoff, and we encourage you to dress to impress! Taking place in the Parq Ballroom at the JW Marriott Parq, we will come together to enjoy an evening of great food, entertainment and celebrate the successes of 2025.

As this is a sit down dinner, please arrive no later than 6:30pm to make sure you do not disrupt the event. There will be a cocktail reception prior to the event, starting at 6:00pm in the Ballroom Foyer (credit card/debit card/and cash accepted).

Wine will be served with dinner. If you would like additional drinks, they will be available at the cash bar in the foyer during the breaks in our program, and afterwards.

Entry requirements: A piece of government photo ID (required for liquor service).

Dress code: Dress to impress! This is the night to go all out. You can never be overdressed to attend the Awards Gala!
