The Kickoff Registration Desk will be open Tuesday, February 3 from 7:00am - 4:30pm, and Wednesday, February 4 from 7:00 - 8:45am outside of the Parq Ballroom on the 4th floor (CF on the elevator).
At registration, you will receive your name badge which is an entry requirement for all Kickoff events, including the Welcome Reception at The Rec Room.
If you opted-in to our text notifications during registration, you’ll receive text messages from the phone number (833) 662-0577. To opt-out, you can simply text STOP and access the full event agenda on the Kickoff 2026 website instead.
If you did not opt-in initially or need to update your contact information, please reach out to events@o2ebrands.com.

The Welcome Reception at The Rec Room is a great opportunity to connect with your peers and we have an exclusive buyout of the entire space.
Complimentary food stations will be positioned throughout the venue, and each attendee will receive two drink tickets (additional drinks available for purchase), and $33 of gaming credits to use on arcade games and activities, covered through your Kickoff registration fees.
How to get to and from the venue
The Rec Room is a 15 minute walk from the JW Marriott Parq, or an 8 minute drive*.
*Please note: Any transportation costs are at your own expense.

The dress code for this private event is business casual (branded clothing encouraged!), please no ripped or torn clothing.

The Keynote Session aims to inspire and set the tone for Kickoff. Taking place in the Parq Ballroom at the JW Marriott Parq, all brands will come together for the opportunity to hear from several keynote speakers.
Doors will open at 8:30am and the event will start at 8:45am in the Parq Ballroom. A coffee break will take place mid-way through, followed by lunch break for all attendees.

The Awards Gala is the final event of Kickoff, and we encourage you to dress to impress! Taking place in the Parq Ballroom at the JW Marriott Parq, we will come together to enjoy an evening of great food, entertainment and celebrate the successes of 2025.
As this is a sit down dinner, please arrive no later than 6:30pm to make sure you do not disrupt the event. There will be a cocktail reception prior to the event, starting at 6:00pm in the Ballroom Foyer (credit card/debit card/and cash accepted).
Wine will be served with dinner. If you would like additional drinks, they will be available at the cash bar in the foyer during the breaks in our program, and afterwards.
Entry requirements: A piece of government photo ID (required for liquor service).
Dress code: Dress to impress! This is the night to go all out. You can never be overdressed to attend the Awards Gala!
