Low Cost Individual Counselling/Mental Health Services

Allura Sex Therapy Centre

In addition to their regular counsellors, they are also practicum site for interning Master’s level Counseling students directly supervised by experienced clinicians (individual counselling $60/50 mins, couples counselling $70/50 mins).

Bounce Back Program – Canadian Mental Health Association (depression and anxiety)

This is free telephone coaching for people with mild to moderate depression with or without anxiety. Coaching is available in English, Cantonese, French and Punjabi. A doctor’s referral is needed to access this program.
