USI meetings are only open to current USI members and their guests.

Registration Fees
Once you have registered, there is a $500.00 meeting fee, per attendee that will be billed to your USI account, whether your company is attending or not. You are able to sign up and pay for any additional activities and tours directly on this registration site.

I just registered. What do I do now?
You will receive a confirmation email confirming your selections. Please check your junk/spam/promotion folders, as it can be filtered into there. Now the hard part… wait for the meeting. Closer to the meeting additional information and instructions for downloading the app will be sent to the email address you used to register.

How can I pay without using a credit card?
If you are unable to complete payment with a credit card, check off the “invoice” box on the registration site. You will receive an invoice to pay with an alternate method.

Can I modify my selections after registering?
You can modify your selections by clicking on the following link: Modify Registration. If you were part of a group registration and didn't create a password, you can use 'Don't know your password? Click here to reset it.' 

How do I book a hotel room?
You must book your room directly through the Hyatt Regency. You can use the following link to book your room: Hyatt Regency

How can I cancel/transfer my hotel room booking?
To cancel or change/update an individual booking, you will need to call the Hyatt Regency and provide your name and confirmation number. If you are transferring/changing the name in the booking, the Hyatt regency will require the full name and updated credit card information to guarantee the booking.
