All attendees will be making their own reservations by contacting the hotel directly at 1-888-870-3033 or through e-mail at reservations@sheratonhotelnewfoundland.com on an individual basis.

Hotel Reservations is open Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Newfoundland Standard Time. Guests should identify themselves as members of the group, International Symposium on Avian Influenza - June 2025, in order to qualify for the contracted group rate. A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking to guarantee a reservation.

Reservations must be made by the reservation due date of May 23, 2025. If a reservation is not canceled 48 hours prior to arrival and the guest does not arrive as scheduled, a no-show fee of the first night room & tax will be billed to the credit card.
