I just registered and ordered my confirmation. What do I do now?
The confirmation email will be sent to you. Please check your junk/spam/promotion folders, as it can be filtered into there. Now the hard part… wait for the conference. Closer to the conference additional information and app download instructions will be sent to the email address you used to register.
 

What if I need to cancel or transfer my registration?

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to registration@harlowagency.ca. A $45 cancellation fee will apply for conference registrations cancelled until November 6, 2024. Cancellations after November 6, 2024 will incur a cancellation fee of $200 (to cover the cost of meals included in the registration fee).

No refunds will be provided for Jubilations Dinner Theater Tickets after October 14, 2024.

How can I pay without using a credit card?
If you are unable to complete payment with a credit card, check off the “invoice” box on the registration site. You will receive an invoice to pay with an alternate method.
 

What does my registration fee include?
Note! There are two types of registration fees:

  1. The basic registration fee covers: entrance to the conference sessions, Wednesday evening welcome reception, breakfast and lunch on Thursday, and breakfast on Friday.
  2. The full registration fee includes all the above and Jubilations Dinner Theater on Thursday night.
     

Is there a cutoff date for purchasing a Jubilations ticket?
Jubilations tickets must be purchased by October 14, 2024.


How do I get an extra Jubilations ticket?
When completing your registration form, check off the “Additional Guest Jubilations Dinner Theater Ticket” box.

 

Can I modify my selections after registering?
You can modify your selections by clicking on the following link: Modify Registration. If you were part of a group registration and didn't create a password, you can use 'Don't know your password? Click here to reset it.' 

How do I register as a voting delegate for the AGM?
A table will be set up for AGM Registration. Please indicate when registering which FCSS program you are from and that you are a voting delegate.


How do I vote at the AGM?
Voting will be done electronically; voting delegates will receive voting information when they register.

How can I cancel/transfer my hotel room booking?
To cancel or change/update an individual booking, you will need to call the Fantasyland Hotel Reservations Department (1 800-737-3783) and provide your name and confirmation number. If you are transferring/changing the name in the booking, the Fantasyland Hotel will require the full name and updated credit card information to guarantee the booking.

Alternate Hotel
When one room block sells out so quickly, sometimes we have to pivot -to other accommodations. For anyone still looking to book a room, a block is also reserved at Hyatt Place Edmonton- West, located at 18004 100 Avenue – a short drive to West Edmonton Mall. The rate is $174 plus taxes per night and includes breakfast and parking. The cutoff date to book in this room block with the Hyatt is October 15, 2024. After that all non-reserved rooms will be released back to the inventory. Individual cancellation is 72 hours prior to check in.
