Dr. Bonnie Lakusta, Project Lead at Three Hive Consulting, will lead the session. Bonnie is a Credentialed Evaluator and has over ten years’ experience in program evaluation design and management. She has a passion for helping organizations to understand and measure their impact. Bonnie is a regular contributor to Eval Academy, a leading evaluation capacity building platform that empowers everyone to evaluate, even when it’s not your role! Bonnie has recently worked with the FCSSAA to build the foundation for a new measurement approach aligned with the FCSS Accountability Framework.
