Booth Details:

  • Booth Sizes: 8'x10'
  • Cost:
    • CAMLA Members: $2,500 + GST 
    • Non-Members: $3,000 + GST 

Application & Registration Process:
CAMLA Members and Non-Members are welcome to apply to exhibit at the Trade Show at any time. Members will be reviewed and accepted within 2 business days, while Non-Member applications will be placed on hold until August 1, 2024. 

Members:
Booth selection will happen on a first-come, first served basis. Register now to ensure you get the best spot available. 

Non-Members:
Non-Members will be reviewed and accepted on and after August 1, 2024.  Any remaining spaces at that time will be given to non-members on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend applying for a booth as early as possible to increase your chances of getting a booth. 

Payment:

Payment is taken after booth approval.

Important Dates:
All CAMLA Members and non-members are welcome to apply for their booth at this time. Non-member applications will be reviewed on August 1, 2024 if space permits.

Your password will be needed to upload documents and select your booth placement later.
