Paul Seo has been in the utility industry for over 30 years, working in both the electric and gas utility side as well as in the private energy management consulting industry. He has worked in demand side management, customer service, regulatory and rates. He has previously worked on energy efficiency solutions for the commercial sector, managed the business call centre team and worked on net metering and supported the launch of the residential Optional Time Of Use rate. In his current capacity as the Senior Product Manager for demand response for the commercial and industrial sector, his portfolio includes both battery energy storage system, behavioural component and AutoDR solutions.
