Sangeeta has more than 20 years of experience in Organizational Development and Facilitation, and more than a decade working in Human Services with Indigenous people, advocating for systemic change. She has worked for a multinational consulting company, as an independent consultant, and worked in a management role with the Ministry of Children’s Services for 12 years. While with the Alberta Government, she co-led a large-scale Aboriginal Recruitment and Retention Initiative with Bert Auger and developed a passion for working with Indigenous Peoples and Indigenous topics. Sangeeta has collaborated with Indigenous Nations throughout Turtle Island and continues to work closely with Auger Cree Consulting. Sangeeta graduated from the University of British Columbia Master of Business Administration Program in 1994.
