Courtney Rippin Kaufman holds a MBA in Community and Economic Development and over 20 years of experience working in service delivery, planning, and policy development with programs that support individuals, families and communities. Courtney is current serving as the Acting Executive Director or Civil Society and Community Initiatives within the Ministry of Seniors, Community and Social Services. She is passionate about the FCSS program and is inspired by the creative and innovative ways FCSS programs make a difference in the lives of Albertans.
