In this presentation, Bonnie Lakusta, from Three Hive Consulting, and Courtney Rippin, from Ministry of Seniors, Community and Social Services, will share the process and outcomes of building a new shared measurement approach to align with the Key Performance Measures identified in the Accountability Framework. Bonnie will highlight what Directors need to know for their 2026 annual reporting plans, including a new Measures Bank, guidance on how to count and report participants and volunteers, and new opportunities to share success and impact stories.
