Morgan McDonald has been with Ledcor for 15 years. Since early 2023 he has been enjoying the challenge of a new role as Director of Corporate Sustainability. He is also Chair of Ledcor's Global Innovation Committee. In previous roles, he led programs related to high performance buildings and deep energy retrofits. Morgan has been a long-time supporter and volunteer with CAGBC including past roles as Board Member, BC Chapter Chair, and on the Zero Carbon Buildings Steering Committee. Based in Vancouver, he has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University and a background in renewable energy, carbon finance, and sustainability education.
