Each 10x10 space includes 2 tickets to Suppliers Night and 2 tickets to Lunch on the Trade Show Floor.

NOTE:  

  • You are only eligible to purchase the number of booths you purchased the previous year. If you would like to request a change to your booth size, please contact events@tla.ca
  • Loading Dock Door Dimensions Height 9’9” x Width 7’8” 
  • Exhibition booth restrictions Height: 8 foot // Weight: 125 pounds per square foot 

All booth sizes include:  

  • Pipe and Drape 

  • Two tickets per 10’ x 10’ booth – Lunch on Trade Show Floor – Friday, January 17, 2025

  • Two tickets per 10’ x 10’ booth – Suppliers’ Night – Friday, January 17, 2025

  • Complimentary refreshments for registered exhibitors (when served on the Trade Show floor) 

  • Basic hotel janitorial cleaning 

  • Listing on the TLA Convention App and in the Convention marketing material  

Not included in your fees: 

  • Electricity, Internet, AV Equipment 

  • Booth set up (other than drapery) 

  • Freight and storage 

  • Additional booth furnishings e.g. table and chairs
