Move-in: Wednesday, October 15, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
              Thursday, October 16, 7:00 AM- 10:00 AM
Move-out: Friday, October 17, 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM

All freight left on the show floor after 2:30 pm on Friday, October 17, 2025 will be rescued by the official carrier at the exhibitors expense. The floor will be reset for the Awards and must be cleared. 

Each space will provide the following:

8' or 10' high blue back wall and 4' blue sidewall
1 -6' x 2' skirted table
Folding chairs (up to 2)
Electricity and Audio Visual ARE NOT included in your booth rental
Electrical order forms will be coming soon.

Please note: all fees associated with the rigging, installation, printing, and dismantle are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

To avoid any discrepancies in your order, we recommend bringing a copy of your orders to the show site.

Sampling and offering tastings must be approved by the show manager.

We will have a bar in the trade show area with beers offered. If you wish to donate your product to the bar for attendees to have the opportunity to try, please contact lisa@harlowagency.ca.

We recommend sending all materials to the Levy Advance Warehouse (please note, overtime rates with be charged to Material Handling services where applicable).

All ADVANCE WAREHOUSE shipments should arrive between September 12, 2025 – October 13, 2025. Shipments arriving before or after these dates will incur an early/late surcharge.
