Lynn Smid is the Director of Community Preventive Initiatives and has worked in Family and Community Support Services since 2016. She has led community development strategies, supported interagency collaboration, and strengthened volunteer engagement. Lynn has represented the northeast region on the FCSS Directors network since 2017 and served as Secretary on the FCSSAA Board from 2022-2024. Recognized for her leadership and innovation, she is passionate about equipping others with practical tools to support families, build resilience and foster strong, connected communities.
