Specializing in public engagement, social needs assessments, program development and evaluation, training and organizational capacity building, Kim excels in leveraging data-driven insights to create strategic approaches that foster meaningful change and deliver impactful outcomes.
With 15 years’ experience working directly with Family and Community Support Services (FCSS), Kim has supported both the Provincial FCSS Program and over 70 municipal FCSS programs throughout Alberta. Kim possesses a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities these programs face as they work to address the diverse needs of their communities while maximizing impact with limited resources.
