Elaine is the Project Manager and Evaluations Coordinator for RDN’s Rural Immigration initiative. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies, with a minor in Development Management from the Ateneo de Manila University. Elaine worked in the non-profit sector in the Philippines doing research and capacity building in micro-finance, micro-entrepreneurship, and improving financial literacy for rural and urban low-income communities. Her passion for social development has driven her work and continues to guide her impact today.

At RDN, she coordinates and leads projects that aim to support the social and economic well-being of immigrants in rural communities. Her work includes developing training workshops and resources for rural communities, municipalities, and organizations that serve newcomers, and facilitating engagement sessions to better understand newcomers’ needs.
