Emilia Grindlay is a Communities ChooseWell Program Officer with a passion for food, community, singing, rock climbing, fashion, and sustainability (in no particular order!). She attended the University of Alberta, graduating with honours in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science and a minor in Communication and Education. Emilia is dedicated to making healthy choices accessible to all, and she strives to apply her knowledge about nutrition and health promotion to help facilitate healthy eating and wellbeing in diverse community and recreation settings.
