Directors’ Network representative Crystal Zens, Executive Director of Lacombe FCSS, will provide an update on the FCSS Directors Mentoring Program. This program was created to strengthen leadership development and knowledge sharing among FCSS directors across the province.

Crystal will be sharing an overview of the program’s structure, goals, and what the mentoring process looks like. The Directors Mentoring Program Committee has done an excellent job organizing this initiative and recently launched the first three mentor-mentee matches as part of the pilot phase.

This update will outline how the program is being implemented, what we’re learning from the early stages, and how it will continue to support directors in their professional growth. It’s an exciting step forward in building stronger connections and shared learning within our network.
