C5 came together years ago after realizing that despite our diversity in programming, our community members experience similar challenges in navigating complex systems to support the needs they have. This session will share with our journey from the brain trust of 5 Executive Directors looking to explore advocacy  to an embedded partnership with a several funded initiatives.
