Kristen Ogden is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Pathology, Microbiology, and Immunology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Her lab uses molecular virology approaches to understand how rotavirus and reovirus acquire genetic diversity and how this diversity impacts virus and host populations. A long-term goal of this work is to make discoveries that enable rational engineering of vaccines and therapeutics.
