Shuttle sign up is now closed!

All those who signed up for their preferred shuttle time are confirmed, you should have received a confirmation email. If you have selected a different date, you will be contacted by October 7th with your shuttle details. 

If you did not sign up for a shuttle, we have the following offered for same-day service (please note that the below shuttles are first come first serve basis and those who have booked them will receive first priority).

Calgary Airport:
The shuttle will be parked at the BREWSTER desk at the domestic arrivals at the Calgary Airport, if you are travelling internationally, you will be required to head over to the domestic terminal next to #5 door on the arrivals level. Please arrive 15-minutes prior to your departure time.

Hyatt Place Calgary Airport

For those of you who are taking the 9 am shuttle on October 10th from the Hyatt Place Calgary Airport: the shuttle will be parked outside of the main lobby at the Hyatt Place Calgary Airport. Please arrive 15-minutes prior to your departure time.

Banff Centre for Arts + Creativity:
Please arrive 15-minutes prior to your departure time and meet. Shuttles will depart from the Professional Development Centre.
