Oral presentations for contributed papers are assigned 15-minute timeslots: 12 min for the presentation, and 3 min for questions and the transition to the next speaker.

Oral presentations for symposia are assigned 30-minute timeslots: 25 min for presentation and 5 min for questions and transition to the next speaker.

Presenters should arrive at least 15 minutes before the beginning of their session with their presentation on a USB flash drive, to allow time to transfer it to the computer in the room. 

Poster dimensions should be 3 ft tall x 4 ft wide (36 x 48”).
