With over 15 years of sustainable real estate expertise, Susan serves as Director and North American Co-Lead of JLL's Climate and Decarbonization Practice. She leads a team of specialized sustainability experts and engineers who work closely with clients to reduce carbon emissions throughout their real estate holdings while driving improved performance and enhanced asset value. Previously, Susan spearheaded corporate sustainability at a Canadian real estate investment firm, where she developed and implemented strategic ESG policies and programs. Susan built her foundation in sustainability consulting, successfully managing multiple green building certification projects, contributing to significant sustainable developments, and enabling clients across diverse markets to meet their environmental objectives. A professional engineer, Susan previously served on multiple USGBC and IWBI technical committees and remains actively engaged in advancing the industry through her service on the Canada Green Building Council's LEED Advisory Committee.
