Heather Reid is a building science engineer with over 20 years of experience spanning the full spectrum of the construction industry in both Canada and the US. She has worked as an owner’s representative, consultant, contractor, educator, shareholder, and industry organization director—bringing broad, strategic insight and a collaborative spirit to every project and role.

In her current position as Impact Initiatives Lead at PCI Developments, Heather integrates technical expertise and sustainability leadership across the organization and portfolio. She is a passionate advocate for practical, low-carbon solutions to the climate and housing crises, and is a dedicated mentor who champions the next generation of builders, thinkers, and change-makers.
