Lori Prediger is the Manager of Human Services and Innovation with Strathcona County FCSS and brings more than 30 years of experience in the social sector. In that time, Lori has been a leader and advocate in the areas of Emergency Social Services, mental health and well-being and community collaboration. This, coupled with her desire the learn more about trauma and how to lead through traumatic events, ultimately led to the conceptualization of Strathcona County’s Violence, Trauma and Suicide Prevention protocol. Her continued commitment to this work has supported the implementation of the VTSP protocol and has inspired other communities to explore collaborative response to trauma and violence.
