Carol has worked with and for community agencies for over 40 years in a variety of roles, including consultant, facilitator, educator and board member. Areas served included FCSS, Persons with Disabilities, and Family Violence. Carol served as a FCSS Consultant for over 16 years and worked with a wide variety of FCSS programs throughout the Yellowhead, Edmonton and Northeast regions. She was also the Lac La Biche FCSS Board Chairman for 6 years.
Carol worked as the Program Coordinator of the Community Social Work Program at Portage College for over 14 years and has undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Physical Education and Master Degrees in Management and Organizational Behaviour and in Social Work.
