Tara Gilchrist has been involved with FCSS for her entire career. She was at a funded agency for the first five years, a front line youth worker at the Town of Canmore for eight years and has been the Director there for the last 17 years. In her role she has worked with her team to create program efficiency and effectiveness through the use of volunteers as well supported and provided training to the community group/non-profit sector in their quest to recruit and retain volunteers.
