Leaving the career that you are passionate about can be difficult, but find ways to embrace the change and share your knowledge with others. Retirement is not always a smooth process. Learning to leave with grace and dignity and to share your knowledge as a mentor is very important in the Human Services field. Lynne will share the process she undertook with the Board of Flagstaff Family and Community Services and the employees and the community as a whole so the transition would mean the agency continues on its successful and well-meaning path.
