Join us for a session where you can learn more about the Family Resource Network (FRN) Program: who we are, the services provided and how we can create meaningful connections within community. This session will offer an overview of the FRN Program and how hub and spokes services are provided across the continuum of care. We will also discuss ways to increase connections to FRN services to ensure we effectively respond to the diverse needs of our community.

What to Expect:

  • Introduction to the FRN Program and how the Ministry of Children and Family Services is aligning FRN services delivery to create well-being and resiliency for infants, children, youth and families.
  • Learn about the wide range of services provided by hub and spokes agencies, and how these services are designed to respond to community needs.
  • Explore opportunities to increase partnership and connections with FRNs and enhance our collective impact on community well-being.
