This session will share some of the topics built around Red Deer & District’s Community Leadership program taken by all community leaders receiving project grants, but from a Grantor perspective. Learn about different approaches to engaging grantees/community (knowing your community, building stronger networks, creating welcoming gatherings) as well as common engagement mistakes behind ‘why does no one show up?’, ‘why do the same people show up?’ and ‘how do we discover and support new, more diverse grantees?
