Bobby-Jo Stannard, Red Deer and District FCSS, will host a dialogue addressing the pros and cons of various governance models for FCSS programs. The panel will be made up of representatives from across the spectrum, from not-for-profit societies to municipal departments. Each panel member will speak briefly to their program’s structure to be followed by an opportunity for questions from the participants.
