FCSS 101 is a presentation designed for staff, volunteers and board members to provide information and guidance to participants regarding the operation of FCSS programs in the community. The session provides information on the FCSS Act and Regulation, the FCSS Accountability Framework, eligible and ineligible services, understanding the role of FCSSAA as well as the importance of outcome measures and reporting.
