Rob Cooney is a Senior Advisor Buy Clean at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat where he supports the development of Buy Clean policies, building upon his experience from his work on the NRC's Low Carbon Assets through Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)2 Initiative. Rob’s 15 plus year career has seen him support and lead many transformational projects across multiple industry sectors; including IT, logistics, hospital operations, and research and development. Rob has a strong track record of bringing together stakeholders with disparate interests and goals and achieving alignment for successful project creation and delivery.
