As Head of JLL’s Valuation Advisory in Canada, Dave leads JLL’s team of valuation professionals, working primarily with the largest pension funds, REIT’s and a roster of local and international clients. He sits on JLL Valuation Advisory’s Americas Executive Committee, and is involved in various global initiatives within JLL Valuation Advisory – a team of some 2,000 sector experts who appraise more than $4 CAD trillion annually across all major asset classes. For almost fifteen years, Dave has specialized in the valuation of complex real estate assets from coast-to-coast, and is one of the country’s leading Downtown office tower and enclosed shopping center valuation experts. Prior to joining JLL in 2014, Dave spent over six years at Cushman & Wakefield.
