ESG continues to be a topical, controversial, and impactful area for commercial real estate owners in Canada.  What are the highest priority topics?  Where is the industry currently at?  What’s going well?  Where is the industry falling behind?  This session will draw from REALPAC’s first ESG State of the Industry Report – which is being launched in collaboration with Building Lasting Change this year.   The report draws on data from a new REALPAC ESG member survey, as well other leading data sources like GRESB and CAGBC.  The session will begin with an overview of key findings from the report and will be followed by a roundtable discussion on the trends, benchmarks and insights from the report as well as implications for the industry going forward.
