Courtney Flood is the Director of Finance and Investments at Windmill Developments where she oversees all finance and reporting related to Windmill's One Planet Living Real Estate Impact Fund.

Courtney has over 10 years of experience in real estate finance, previously holding the role of Director of Finance at the Minto Group, overseeing reporting for private equity parterships for Minto Properties and the Minto Apartment REIT.

Outside of work, Courtney serves on the board of the Canadensis Botanical Garden Society as treasurer, and also races competitively at the national and international level in dragon boat and outrigger canoe.
