Rachel Horwat is Director, Sustainble Investments at Ivanhoé Cambridge, the real estate arm of the CDPQ. She contributes to the organisation’s net zero carbon strategy and approach to climate change risks and resilience and supports investment teams in evaluating and strengthening the ESG impact of investments.
Prior to joining Ivanhoé Cambridge in 2012, Rachel held various positions as an environmental consultant and researcher working for the not for profit, agriculture and forestry sectors.
Rachel is a LEED Green Associate and completed a MSc. In Environmental Science, Policy and Management at the University of Lund in Sweden.
