Jeremy Reeds is the President of Windmill Development Group, a visionary real estate company focused on creating happy, healthy communities within the resources of our planet.

Jeremy, who is also the partner of finance and operations, is responsible for Windmill’s strategic financial and operating initiatives, client relationships, investor relations, project financing, human resources, corporate accounting and financial reporting.

Before joining Windmill, Jeremy was with Minto Group where he oversaw investor reporting and financial performance of development and major capital projects for Minto Properties.
He also played a key role in the launch of the Minto Apartment REIT and he oversaw the investment recommendation and deal structures for approximately $85 million of acquisitions and development projects.
Jeremy obtained his CPA designation while working for KPMG in the real estate audit practice. He holds a bachelor of commerce degree from Carleton University. He is an avid urban cyclist and vegetable gardener who embodies Windmill's sustainability principles.
