Steve has over 25 years’ experience in sustainable real estate development. As a seasoned project manager and long-time member of Ottawa’s Urban Equation team, Steve has overseen sustainability on many of Ottawa's most exciting redevelopment and master plan projects. His work on Canada’s first two One Planet Living communities, Zibi and Guelph’s Baker District, exemplifies his commitment to addressing sustainability across a project's lifecycle, and includes the pioneering use of ecological footprinting to drive education, engagement and impact. He has a BSc. Environmental Studies from Kingston University (UK), and he is a LEED-accredited professional.
