Marsha Gentile is the Director of Sustainability at Ledcor Construction. She was one of the first in Canada to graduate from the National Sustainable Building Advisors program. Marsha has over 20 years of hands-on experience with LEED projects across Canada and the United States. She is a member of the USGBC LEED v5 Design & Construction Consensus Committee and CAGBC LEED v5 Accelerator. Marsha is well-known as a green construction advocate, having presented at over 50 conferences and post-secondary institutions, and was honored to receive the VRCA’s 2023 Outstanding Woman in Construction award.
