With over 15 years of experience in the building consulting industry, Kari works as an Energy Specialist at EQ Building Performance. She provides building energy and sustainability consulting for both new construction and existing projects.

Kari applies her expertise in realizing energy and carbon savings and finding impactful ways to achieve ambitious sustainability targets in the high-rise residential, commercial and institutional sectors. She uses energy modelling to quantify energy and carbon reduction strategies and prioritize solutions to meet external and internal sustainability targets. She is excited about the industry's increased focus on embodied and operational carbon targets and strives to optimize solutions that will satisfy the reduction of both.
