Cathy Lim is currently the Director of Human Resources for PopReach Games and the volunteer Executive Director for the Vancouver Asian Film Festival. Her passion to engage with employees and provide a safe and inclusive workplace has resulted in multiple Great Place to Work accolades, most notably Canada's 50 Best Workplaces, and Best Workplaces for Inclusion, Women, and Mental Wellness.
